2) Breath Work
BREATHE Workshop for Personal Transformation in an Age of Uncertainty. Join certified facilitators Pam Kimball and Keith Harmon Snow in powerful healing techniques from Holotropic Breathwork, Dolphin BREATH, and sound healing.

3) Lost Proofing & the Art of Shelter
What do you and your children know about the steps to take when you are lost in the woods? Do you know how to make a shelter? This workshop is for adults, teens, and families. Run by our partner, Earthwork Programs. This workshop is one of several being run by Earthwork during this weekend of survival skills.
